It’s 2020 and on paper everything looks good but things feel somehow misaligned. I’m turning 44. It’s the age my Dad was when he died.Â
I’m a coach, mentor, and facilitator with two decades of global strategy and delivery experience. I’ve worked with leaders all over the world to improve people's lives. This shapes my coaching method: I respect complexity, embrace uncertainty and commit unerringly to our capacity to grow, learn and make a difference.
I bring insight, reflections and practical ideas rooted in a deep appreciation of what it’s really like to lead. I do admit to being a bit of a geek when it comes to leadership and management thinking too - I read the books so that you don’t have to.
This is a partnership and your progress depends as much on the action you take as on the thinking we do together. I care about the difference you want to make, and I won’t let you off the hook. There may be trial and error and that’s often where the best learning lies.
Honesty and the relationship of trust we build is essential to uncovering what’s really driving your behaviour or holding your team back. We create the opportunity for that exploration together and I bring the tools for you to go that next level down. Then you can make a real plan for change.
