Team coaching is the secret ingredient that can make it happen
Team coaching is usually sponsored by a CEO or most senior leader. We work to create a space where the team can make breakthroughs in how they communicate, how they work together, how they become more honest, and how they can make conscious choices to change how they operate. It’s not navel-gazing. The work brings in the real-life demands being made of the team – from staff to customers – so that the coaching is grounded in current and future opportunities and threats.

I partner with organisations that are committed to improvement and which realise that ‘doing some training’ just isn’t going to make the difference they need.

What is Action learning?
The action learning set has improved our efficiency and made us better able to confront new challenges. It breaks down barriers between people operating in different parts of the organisation, reduces the likelihood that we repeat mistakes and stops us thinking in silos.

Getting people to communicate successfully is about helping them to ask and to listen, as well as to speak. It is at the heart of good facilitation and is a service I love providing to the teams and organisations I work with.
My global leadership and diverse sectoral experience mean I’m adept at facilitating large, senior international meetings that grapple with challenging topics and seek to achieve collaboration and change.
I partner with teams to shape agendas that build connection and trust, forging deeper engagement and breakthroughs in dialogue that might otherwise be stuck or superficial.
My coaching approach to these events brings a focus on action and follow-up so that these are not one-off talking-shops. I work with organisations to build a meaningful vision of the impact they want their event to have, and of what they can do to generate momentum and track progress.
